We read every message. Replies usually go out within a few days. This is a one person side project, so please be patient if it takes a little longer.
What to write about
- Bug reports: if a tool gives a wrong result or breaks, tell us which tool, which browser you used, and what you pasted in. A copy of the input that caused the problem helps a lot.
- Tool requests: is there a small utility you keep looking for? Describe what it should take in and what it should give back. Simple, focused ideas are the most likely to get built.
- Privacy questions: anything about cookies, analytics or ads. Our Privacy Policy covers most of it.
- Advertising or partnership: we only run Google AdSense at the moment and do not sell ad space directly.
What we cannot help with
The tools on this site run entirely in your browser and we never see your data. That means we cannot recover a JSON document you formatted last week or look up a UUID you generated. If you need to keep a result, copy it somewhere safe right away.
Response time
Bug reports get the fastest turnaround since they affect everyone. Feature requests are collected and reviewed in batches. If you do not hear back within a week, feel free to send a follow up.
